
Quick dumpling soup

Warm up with Kenny’s easy-to-follow dumpling soup recipe. Make it your own by adding pre-cooked proteins, tofu, or your favourite condiments.

Ingredients
3 cups vegetable stock
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 spring onion, thinly sliced, white and green parts separated
½ tsp fish sauce, optional
10 frozen dumplings
½ cup baby spinach
Method
Combine the vegetable stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, white parts of the spring onion and fish sauce, if using, in a medium pot.
Bring up to a boil on medium-high heat. Once boiling, add the dumplings.
Cover and allow the soup to come back to a boil. Boil for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from the heat and stir in the green parts of the spring onion and spinach.
Split the soup into 2 serving bowls. Enjoy!
